Siriwat Wattanakool is a co-founder and managing partner at Lab Lawyer and Partners. He specializes in real estate law, condominium and housing development, hotel and hospital businesses, as well as mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.

He currently serves as an arbitrator at the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and acts as legal advisor to GenCon Engineering Co., Ltd. and N.C. Housing Public Company Limited.

• Extensive experience providing legal advice in the areas of condominiums and housing estates, as well as hotel and hospital operations.

• Provided advisory services, contract drafting, legal risk assessment, and negotiation support for a foreign company acquisition valued at over THB 545 million.

• Drafted and reviewed a wide range of complex contracts both in Thailand and internationally, particularly those involving intricate business arrangements, including a six-star hotel management agreement, Trademark license agreements, Technical agreements, Golf course management contracts, Construction contracts with a total value exceeding THB 1.4 billion

• Represented clients in real estate-related litigation, including disputes involving condominiums, housing estates, and land matters, with total asset values exceeding THB 150 million.

• Experienced in administrative litigation relating to requests for annulment of official orders concerning land and real estate development projects.

• Represented clients in civil and criminal litigation against a global search engine company, involving company assets valued at approximately THB 56 trillion.
