Siriwat Wattanakul is the co-founder and managing partner of Lab Lawyer & Partners. He specializes in real estate law, particularly in condominium and housing development, as well as the hotel and hospital industries. Additionally, he has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business transactions.

He currently serves as an arbitrator at the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and acts as a legal advisor to Gencon Engineering Co., Ltd., N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, and various other business organizations.
